Underheated But Satisfied

July 1st, 2008

Even as I write this the harsh coldness found only at the altitude of ten kilometers is sucking out the warmth from my left ankle.

I have been seated next to the emergency door, which offers additional floorspace and literally a window of opportunity for some aerial photography. But is a person such as Scandinavian R happy for such small things?

Indeed he is.

Still, there remains the problem of the numbing sensation steadily creeping up the left foot. Well, most perks have a downside which has to be taken into account. This time, however, Scandinavian R adjusts to the condition at hand by shifting the affected leg on top of the cabin luggage and has a strech while being offered some drinks to help pass on the time.

All in all, an acceptable flight for an intercontinental traveler.
